True authentic soft textured Tofu called “Kinughosi Tofu” in Japan. Gently coagulated, hand cut and packed in containers filled with fresh water to keep it moist and protected. Absolutely perfect for Miso soup, Mabo Tofu, and smoothies.
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, place in water in an airtight container, use within 2 days.
Not suitable for freezing.
Serving: Tofu can be eaten or cold.
Best Use: In soup, smoothie, shake and quiche. Serves 3.
