300 g Dragonfly Medium Tofu
200 g Canned chickpeas
3 tbsp Tahini
4 tbsp Miso paste
1 Garlic clove
Juice of a lemon
Salt and pepper
To serve
Vegetable crudites

Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
