 150 g Dragonfly Medium Tofu
 100 g Canned chickpeas
 1 ½ tbsp Tahini
 2 tbsp Miso paste
 ½ Garlic clove
 Juice of a lemon
 Salt and pepper
To serve
 Vegetable crudites

Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
