Sriracha is a hot and spicy chilli sauce, perfect for flavouring our firm tofu which needs no pressing before use. Not only great for filling wraps but use for toasties and tossed into salads.

Baked Sriracha Tofu Wrap

 300 g Dragonfly Super Firm Tofu
 1 Garlic clove, crushed
 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
 2 tbsp Tamari sauce
 2 tbsp Oil
To serve
 Flour tortilla wraps
 Shredded lettuce
 Grated carrot
 Coriander
 Lime

Ingredients

 300 g Dragonfly Super Firm Tofu

 2 tbsp Tamari sauce
 2 tbsp Oil

 Flour tortilla wraps
 Shredded lettuce
 Grated carrot
 Coriander
 Lime

Directions

Cut the tofu into cubes.

Mix together the garlic, Srircha and tamari. Pour over the tofu and leave for 10 minutes to marinade.

Preheat the oven to 200C 400F.

When ready spread the tofu and marinade over a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.

To serve, warm the flour tortilla, loads with lettuce, grated carrot, coriander. Top each tortilla with the tofu and serve with coriander and lime.
